Guidelines for the selection of training programs
The objective of this document is to provide guidelines for the selection of training programs for your management team and affiliates.
The programs are suitable for the following 4 groups of people comprising the management team:
Level 1: Executives
Level 2: Directors
Level 3: Managers
Level 4: Supervisors
The bulk of this document comprises course outline for training programs suitable to different levels of management team and gives description of program, learning methodology, course overview and some detail of the program.

Learning process: concepts are introduced to help analyze situations needing flexible leadership. Resources drawn upon include the Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid, Hersey and Blanchard’s organizational Behavior, and a common-sense approach to leading people using flexible styles of leadership to fit differing circumstances. Participants’ understanding is further enhanced by using games, films and case scenarios to illustrate the principles. The participants are then taken through the process of determining where to lead, illustrate courage that motivates people to follow and to work as a team.
